Spam Slayer is an AI call-screening service by ALAMO Artificial Intelligence Labs LLC (Granbury, Texas). When you forward your unanswered or spam calls to Spam Slayer, our AI answers them on your behalf, screens them, and — for spam and unknown callers — keeps them on the line so they can't reach you. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. We do not sell your data.
Call recording notice. Calls that are forwarded to your Spam Slayer line are recorded and transcribed so you can listen back, read a summary, and get your crew's rundown. By setting up call forwarding to Spam Slayer, you consent to the recording of calls placed to your screening line. You are responsible for compliance with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction; where required, enable the audible recording notice in Settings.
What we collect
Your account info — the phone number you register and your subscription status.
Call data — audio recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, timestamps, and call duration for calls forwarded to your Spam Slayer line.
Device info — for push notifications (a device token), if you enable them.
How we use it
To answer, screen, and handle calls forwarded to your line.
To let you listen live or play back recordings, read transcripts, and see the crew's rundown.
To send you notifications about calls (only if you enable them).
To operate and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, under their own privacy terms: telephony (Telnyx), speech-to-text (Deepgram, Cartesia), voice synthesis (Cartesia), and language models (Anthropic). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts are retained so you can review them, and you can delete any recording from the app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Your choices
Turn screening on or off, or stop forwarding, at any time.
Delete individual recordings, or request full account deletion.
Enable or disable push notifications and the audible recording notice.
